Founded in SIP in 2014, WISPO Advanced Materials (Suzhou) Co Ltd has grown into a leader in the photoinitiators sector. The company attributes this achievement to SIP’s strong support and excellent environment for business development.

The company is now a nationally recognized “l(fā)ittle giant” and “high-tech enterprise”, with a domestic market share of photoinitiators for dry film photoresists surpassing 50%.

SIP has provided support to the company in all stages, from the subsidies for office rent in the initial stage to the growth rewards and efficient assistance for new premise selection.

“SIP’s pro-business services have given us a sense of belonging, just like that a home can offer,” said Dr. Chen Hua, founder of the company.

In addition to considerable services and support, SIP offers a prime ecosystem where the company can easily find suppliers, R&D partners and test and patent service providers, and also attend a variety of training programs and events that are helpful for its management and growth. Last year, the company’s tax payment exceeded RMB10 million.

“We are planning to set up our headquarters and R&D center in SIP,” Chen said, hoping to help upgrade the industry of new materials for semiconductors in the area.
