An intelligent manufacturing-focused industrial park that has been set up in Suzhou Dushu Lake Sci-Edu Innovation District (East Area) in SIP recently received the Project Completion Acceptance Recordation Form and the Real Estate Certificate on Aug 18, with its registered address changed concurrently.

The project therefore became the first construction project in the area to have gone through all these three procedures on the same day for starting operation immediately after construction.

The project, covering a land area of about 48 mu (3.2-hectare), comprises one high-rise building for R&D purposes and three multi-storey buildings for manufacturing.

With a total investment of about RMB1 billion yuan, it is designed to be a cluster of high-tech businesses engaged in new generation of information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy, auto parts, medical devices and automated equipment, with total annual output value expected to reach RMB1.2 billion yuan after full-scale production commences.
